Step 1 — First Things First
Log In & Set Up Your Account
Access your TRMCRM dashboard, confirm your profile, and set up your business information. This takes about 10 minutes and makes everything else work correctly.
Before you start — have these ready:
Your business name and logo, business phone number, business address, and your Gmail or Google account for calendar and review integration.
Step 2 — Connect Your Channels
Plug In Your Communication Channels
Connect your phone number for 2-way texting, link your Google Business Profile, and connect your Facebook & Instagram pages. This is what turns TRMCRM into your unified inbox.
Channels to connect (by plan):
All plans: SMS number, email, GMB, Facebook Messenger. Lite+: Web chat widget for your website. Pro+: Additional phone lines and team numbers.
Step 3 — Install Your Snaps
Activate Your Pre-Built Automations
Your plan includes specific Snaps — pre-built automation bundles that are ready to run as soon as they're installed. Find your included Snaps in the dashboard under Snapshots and activate them one at a time.
Which Snaps are included with your plan?
Marketing Manager: Tax Pro Starter Snap. Lite: Tax Pro Starter Snap. Pro: Tax Pro, ERO, and Educator Snaps. Partner: All Snaps including Service Bureau. Additional Snaps available in the Marketplace.
Step 4 — Launch Your Playbook
Open Your 52-Week RMM Playbook
Your Playbook is your year-long revenue roadmap. Find it in your subscriber dashboard and start with Phase 1 — even if you're in the middle of the year. The system is designed to work regardless of when you start.
Where to find it:
Inside your TRMCRM dashboard under "Resources" → "RMM Playbook." Each phase has a weekly action checklist you can complete directly inside the platform.

Book Your Onboarding Call & Join the Community
Book your free onboarding call with the TRMCRM team to make sure everything is set up correctly. Then join the private TRMCRM subscriber community on Facebook to connect with other financial professionals using the platform.
On your onboarding call we'll review:
Your Snaps are properly installed, your automations are firing correctly, your channels are connected, and your Playbook phase is set up for where you are in the tax year.
